Through a video call, our team of experts can help you with all your window treatment needs. Discussing what products would best suit your space and needs as well as colour and fabric options. With approximate measurements, your consultant can offer you a quote.
As our products are custom made to perfectly fit your space, a Stan Bond team member will need to measure your window or door before we can manufacture your product. However, by working through a Virtual Consultation with your Sales Representative, it minimises the time that our team needs to spend in your home, keeping everyone safer during this pandemic.

Our customer service team will give you a call to confirm some details. We will assign you with a consultant based on your location and the products you are interested in. If you have any photos or measurements, please email them through to sales@stanbondsa.com.au
At the time of your appointment, your consultant will video call you using the application of your choice. You can discuss the products, colours and fabrics that will work best in your space. With measurements, your consultant will be able to provide you with an approximate quote.
Fabrics and colours are difficult to decide upon virtually. So we will deliver some disinfected swatches to you for your consideration. This will allow you to feel the fabric and see the colours against your walls, floors and furniture.
The Virtual Consultation process will minimise the time required for our team to be inside your home. However our products are custom made in Newton, South Australia, so a measure by one of our team members is required to ensure your product fits perfectly in your space.
When you are happy with your selections, a 50% prepayment is required for our factory to begin manufacturing your product. The manufacturing time for each of our products varies, but you will be given an estimated time of completion.
