Which number should I ring?
For quotes and product questions ring our retail line, (08) 8336 2066. For service, repairs and installation questions ring our service line, (08) 7160 2225. Commercial and builder enquiries go through our commercial blinds page, which has its own contact details.
Can I contact you without ringing?
Yes. Use the enquiry form and choose how you would like us to reach you, by phone or email, and we will use that to confirm a time. There is no online booking, so a team member confirms every visit with you.
I already have an order. Who do I contact?
Ring (08) 8336 2066 and give your name, property address and quote or job number, and tell us whether you need an order update, an install time or a change. We confirm your details before we discuss your order.
I am a builder or commercial customer. Who do I contact?
Commercial and builder enquiries go to our commercial team through the commercial blinds page. Send plans and specifications with the project name, program dates and a site contact so we can price and respond properly. Commercial tenders are handled separately from homeowner quotes.
How do I change an appointment?
Contact us with your name, property address and the date of the booking. Let us know whether it is a measure and quote, a check measure, an installation or a repair, and suggest times that suit you. We will check the relevant schedule and confirm the new booking with you.
Can I change my fabric or colour after receiving a quote?
Contact us as soon as possible with your quote number and the item you want to change. We need to check whether materials have been ordered or manufacturing has started before confirming what is possible. Ask for the revised selection and any price or timing changes to be confirmed before proceeding.
Will the installer remove and take away my old blinds or doors?
Check your quote with us before installation. Taking the old product down and taking it away are separate tasks, and the arrangements depend on what was included in your order. Tell us what needs removing and ask us to confirm who will do it, whether disposal is included and any additional cost.
