Specifically designed Internal Aluminium Shutters is a new option on the South Australian market. Previously, Aluminium shutters had a gloss powder coat finish, which often looked inappropriate for an internal shutter. The specially designed silk paint finish on the Classic range is perfect for indoors.
External Aluminium Shutters provide a great option for outdoor living areas instead of a Ziptrak or Zipscreen Blinds. Their strength allows them to cope with greater wind forces and they can be closed to keep the weather out. There are 3 blade size options for Aluminium Plantation Shutters. Elliptical blades in 60mm, 90mm and 115mm. Elliptical blades are an oval shape and are the most common choice for Plantation Shutters, with the size of the blade being determined by the size of the window. Smaller blades are used in smaller spaces and larger blades are used in larger spaces for a more modern look.
Aluminium Plantation Shutters are available in a wide range of colours to suit every style. For a custom colour, Aluminium Plantation Shutters can be colour matched to most standard household paint colours. All paints used on Plantation Shutters are water-based, odour-free, UV resistant, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Plantation Shutters are easy to clean and maintain. Simple wipe over with a clean, dry microfibre cloth. For any stubborn spots or marks, use a microfibre cloth dampened with warm water. Add a small amount of mild detergent to the warm water if necessary.
