We can usually give a rough guide from your window sizes or plans, but a firm price comes after we measure, because size, fixing method, controls and options all change it. Email your plans or photos with the openings marked and we will say whether a visit is the next step.

Yes. Our showroom is at 5/511 Lower North East Road, Campbelltown, open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Our Salisbury South site is the factory, not a showroom. A full selection with house plans can take an hour or more, so allow time.

We cover metropolitan Adelaide, with the Adelaide Hills and the coast on our regular runs. The Barossa and regional South Australia are by arrangement. If you are further out, send your suburb or postcode with plans and window sizes and we will tell you what is possible and whether a visit makes sense.

Yes. We can plan a consultation to discuss blinds, curtains and a security door. Tell us all the products and rooms you want to discuss when you book, including roughly how many windows or doors are involved. We can plan the consultation around the whole job and allow enough time. Some products or openings need a separate check measure, and installation is booked separately. If you want to add another product to an existing appointment, let us know beforehand.

If your confirmation gives a time range, that is the window in which your consultant is due to arrive, rather than the length of the consultation. Keep time available for measuring and discussing options after arrival. Tell us when booking if you need to leave by a particular time, so we can check a suitable appointment.

Yes. Arrange for you or someone who can discuss the product choices to meet the consultant and provide access. The visit covers fabrics, colours, controls and fitting options as well as measurements. If it is a new build or a rental property, tell us who will meet us and how access will be arranged.
