Can I see products before the measure?
Yes. Visit the Campbelltown showroom at 5/511 Lower North East Road, Campbelltown SA 5074, to see the range. Showroom hours are Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 10am–1pm.
Is the measure and quote really free?
Yes. A Stan Bond consultant measures up, talks through the options for your home and gives you a written quote, with no charge and no obligation. Submitting the form does not book a visit on its own. Someone contacts you to agree a time, so check we cover your area when you enquire.
What happens after I send the form?
Our team contacts you by your preferred method to agree a time. A consultant visits, measures and quotes. If you go ahead, you pay a deposit, we confirm exact sizes where the product needs a check measure, make your order and book an installer. Complex jobs can have more than one stage, and we explain at the visit.
Is my job too small?
No. One roller blind is welcome here. Tell us what you are trying to fix, such as heat, glare, privacy or a broken blind, and we will tell you whether a visit or some quick advice suits best.
Can I get a price over the phone or by email?
We can usually give a rough guide from your window sizes or plans, but a firm price comes after we measure, because size, fixing method, controls and options all change it. Email your plans or photos with the openings marked and we will say whether a visit is the next step.
Who comes to my home, and how many visits will there be?
A Stan Bond consultant visits first to measure and quote. If you go ahead, a check measure may follow to confirm exact sizes before we make your order, then our installers fit it. Complex jobs can be staged, so ask when you book and we will tell you what to expect for your product.
What should I have ready before you visit?
Photos of the windows or area, any house plans, rough sizes if you have them, and a note of what you want to fix. If more than one person decides, ask them to be home. It helps us measure once and quote properly rather than coming back for missing details.
Can I see the products in real life first?
Yes. Our showroom is at 5/511 Lower North East Road, Campbelltown, open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Our Salisbury South site is the factory, not a showroom. A full selection with house plans can take an hour or more, so allow time.
Do you service my area?
We cover metropolitan Adelaide, with the Adelaide Hills and the coast on our regular runs. The Barossa and regional South Australia are by arrangement. If you are further out, send your suburb or postcode with plans and window sizes and we will tell you what is possible and whether a visit makes sense.
